Working Principle
Finally, the blue fluorescence antigen (bacteria and protein) is detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. A sandwich technology is applied. The coating needle is coated with antibody. The measured fluorescence is directly proportional to the content of antigen in the sample.
